The deadline for applications to be received was 27 October 2009. Applications will be available in the week of 6 September 2010.
There are two ways to complete the application form: 1. Print and fill-in manually (with ink) 2. Fill-in on your computer and print. Important: The free Adobe Acrobat Reader software will not allow you to save the application form data. Many applicants choose to prepare the text of the application in word processor software such as Microsoft Word, and then copy-and-paste the text to the PDF before printing it. If you wish to electronically save a copy of the form, then you must have the commercial version of Adobe Acrobat. This version is not free and can be purchased through the Adobe website.
Software requirements:- You must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print this application form correctly. Do not use the Mac OS X Preview application.
- You must also have Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, Opera 2.0 or higher or Safari
